Pancake Day is nearly here and we’re celebrating with pancakes and prizes. To mark the occasion we’re running a Pancake flipping competition, and one lucky house will walk away with a £50 supermarket voucher, perfect for topping up the weekly shop (or pancake supplies).
How To Enter
Make a pancake
Film a short video of you flipping the pancake
Send your video to us via COHO messenger, one video per house with the title 'Pancake Day'
You’re in the draw!
It doesn’t matter if your flip is flawless or ends up on the floor, the winner will be chosen at random, so everyone has a fair shot.

This competition is open to Luxome residents only. To be eligible to enter, you must be a current resident of Luxome and living in one of our homes for the duration of the competition: Thursday 12th February 2026 - Thursday 19th February 2026.

Need A Pancake Recipe?
If you’re making pancakes from scratch, this easy recipe does the job.
Ingredients (serves 2–3)
Method:
Add the flour and salt to a bowl.
Whisk in the eggs, then gradually add the milk until smooth.
Heat a non stick pan with a little oil or butter.
Pour in a small amount of batter and cook for around 1 minute on each side.
