We Won Landlord Of The Year For The 2nd Time At The PRA Awards!

What a great 2024 it has been so far! At the prestigious Property Reporter Awards 2024, Luxome were named Landlord Of The Year! An honour and a privilege, we have to thank all of our residents who helped make this dream a reality.

After winning this award last year, we knew it would be difficult to bring it home for the 2nd time in a row. Nevertheless, we persevered, and the trophy symbolises all of the team’s hard work to evolve, grow and maintain high standards across all departments in the business.

Our CEO Punk Takiar and CCO Aarti Takiar were in attendance to accept the award from James Lucas and sponsors Octane Capital. We also want to give a massive thanks to Barcadia Media for putting on a great event, we cannot wait to see what else they have in store.

But that’s not all…

There’s even more reason to celebrate because our fantastic partners Chris Crick and PropCall also picked up awards. We’ve collaborated and worked with them for years now, so this recognition is a testament to their dedication and relentless work ethic. Well done!

We hope that this is only the beginning of a prosperous year and that 2024 has plenty more surprises in store for us at Luxome.
