Maintenance

If you have a suspected gas leak, a flood, have been burgled or another similar emergency then please head over to our emergency page here.

By now you will have downloaded the Arthur Occupant App,
find out more about the app here, this where you’ll raise any maintenance issues that arise. If you aren’t on the Arthur App, please accept the email invitation we have sent to you and create an account, you can then download the app to communicate with our team and keep a record of maintenance. When you have raise an issue please upload images and provide as much info as possible so our team can address it.

Lost Keys

Please take good care of your keys. If you lose your keys please raise it as an issue on the Occupant App, and give us a call on 0161 877 0147.

The key call out charge is £15, plus the cost of copying any required keys (£3.50-£20 per key depending on the lock). This is for reports between 9am-4pm.

Outside of office hours our partners Propcall will answer the maintenance and emergency options on 0161 877 0147. If you need access outside of office hours, residents are responsible for the costs of locksmiths or emergency attendance including replacement keys. This can be very expensive and we strongly suggest staying at a friend’s house or even a cheap local hotel/ bnb until one of our team can attend.
